Additionally, when injured workers fill medication, pharmacies process those fills, and Adjusters and Case Managers interact with those fills, we collect information pertaining to those interactions. We refer to this information as "Fill Information."

Within Synapse Mobile™, injured workers have the option of sharing Wearables Information with us via Apple Healthkit and Google Fit. Sharing this data is voluntary and requires your permission within Synapse Mobile™. Data collected includes - but is not limited to - Heart Rate Information, Step Information, Height and Weight Information, Blood Pressure Information.

Synapse Mobile's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

When we talk about "Personal Information" in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Fill Information, and Wearables Information.

We do not share your personal information with any third parties. All Personal Information is only shared with the injured worker, the worker's employer, and the employer's contracted representatives.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

DO NOT TRACK

Please note that we do not alter our Apps' data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below.

European residents are not users of either Synapse™ or Synapse Mobile™. As such, the only data available would be web logs for our marketing site https://rxbridge.com, which are purged regularly.

Additionally, data stored on our servers is encrypted using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) with a 256-bit key (AES-256), providing a high level of security for data at rest. Our application also incorporates strict access controls, ensuring that only individuals with the appropriate permissions can access sensitive data. By implementing these measures, we strive to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of your information.

The Apps are not intended for individuals under the age of 18.
